On-Line Banking Instructions


Follow the instructions below to gain access to On-Line Banking.

  1. You must first sign up online for Teller Talk. If you aren't signed up yet, please call us at (808) 245-2463 and we'll sign you up.

  2. Wait 24 hours for the sign up process to be fulfilled then do the following:

    1. Call (800) 733-3930 (on Oahu 545-4432)

    2. When prompted for your Credit Union Identifier enter 543#.

    3. When prompted Press 1#.

    4. When prompted enter your KGEFCU Member Number followed by the pound sign (#).

    5. When prompted for your personal Security Code enter the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number followed by the pound sign (#).

    6. You will be prompted to change your PIN Number, change it to something you will remember (it can NOT be the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number). This is now your Teller Talk PIN Number.

  3. Log on to www.kgefcu.org and go to the On-Line Banking log-in.

  4. Use your Teller Talk PIN Number as the password to gain access to the banking area.


  5. Once you have gained access to the banking area you will be prompted to change your password. Change it to something you will easily remember. (This will NOT change your Teller Talk PIN Number.)

You are now finished. You have access to Teller Talk with the PIN Number you created, and you have access to On-Line Banking with the new password you created. 

If you would like your Teller Talk PIN Number and your On-Line Banking password to be the same please read the subsequent instructions below.

  1. Log back on to the On-Line Banking area, and go to the user options section:
                         

  2. When in the user options area you will have the opportunity to change your password. You can change your password back to your teller talk PIN Number.

  3. Now both your Teller Talk PIN and your on-line Banking password are the same.
